Launched in 2022, the project aimed to reduce the negative trend of youth migration by strengthening the youth ecosystem and improving access to social, material, and intellectual opportunities for young people living in rural environments.

The Youth Virtual Incubator project sets the foundation for sustainable development and youth empowerment in rural communities. By combining research, digital innovation, and policy-oriented recommendations, the initiative has paved the way for future programs that support young people where they are—and help them thrive without needing to migrate.

This initiative is a testament to the power of targeted, digital-first solutions to address deep-rooted challenges and unlock the potential of rural youth across Serbia.
